Song of your choosing
provided to us, preferably on CD-ROM (CD will be returned)
-
AT LEAST 15 pictures for
every minute the song lasts. The more pictures the more
animated the show can be. 24 pictures per minute is excellent
and comes out to around 75-100 photo's for an average song.
-
Mark any "Have To
Have" photo's (put in separate envelope?) as all pictures
will probably not be used, it is easier to have too many
pictures, than not enough, but we want to be sure to use your
"favorites".
-
E-mail or phone us for
an e.t.a. and by the time the photo's are received, or SHORTLY
thereafter you can include favorite bible verses, quotes,
sayings, or short comments in your e-mail, (we need it
electronically for cutting & pasting) to further enhance
and personalize your presentation.
-
We have 100's of
thousands of images available, but we will do a few
"custom graphics" (bride & grooms names in
hearts, etc.) and if a particular "theme" (specific
colors, horses, stars, etc.?) is wanted that can be dispersed
throughout the presentation, as well. (tastefully of course)
-
If the CD-ROM
presentation is going to be done by someone other than DIWI (we
are available in the Atlanta area only) We will need to know
the processor speed & Ram of the displaying PC to get the
timing as close as possible. A few seconds can make a big
difference in the "experience" we recommend a video
presentation for out of state shows, to assure that our
customers are satisfied with our work.
VCR
presentations are definitely the most economical, and the most
widely viewable format, and the least likely method to "stress out"
someone with the timing-to-music. They make a great presentation on a big screen TV with
surround sound, and all you have to do is load the tape, get
everyone quiet, and push "play". VHS is not the same
quality as digital, of course so we recommend the DVD version for
out of town presentations, to assure quality.
** We do have plans to
purchase a high quality projector in the near future, but at the
present time, we recommend only Churches or meeting halls that are
equipped to show multi-media presentations for a "live
show". The 24 hr. rate to rent a projector, will at least
double our price with $0 profit to us, and the added risks involved
with "borrowed equipment", delivery and return of the
equipment, hardly seems worth it. But, we aim to please, so call us
for a quote. (the best projectors actually change price
depending on lead time and demand)
