HAVE YOUR FAVORITE PICTURES ACCOMPANIED BY YOUR FAVORITE SONG!

MULTI-MEDIA presentations are very popular but not limited to weddings or wedding receptions. You can have one made for birthdays; wedding anniversaries; family reunions; graduations; teachers, bosses or Pastors appreciation; mission trips; in memory or in honor of someone special; and many other special occasions.  Viewing one of these 5-6 minute "treasures"  often brings laughter and/or tears, and the presentation will keep for future generations to view.

The beginning price is $350.00 and includes:

  • Deluxe presentation "timed to music".

  • 1 copy on high quality VHS-VCR tape - Each additional copy = $25.00. (Presentations are kept in archive by DIWI for up to 1 year.)

  • 1 copy on a CD-ROM along with all scanned images used in the building of your presentation. (with PowerPoint viewer included)

  • 1 copy on a DVD that is playable in a DVD format either on your TV or computer with a DVD player.

Additional costs:

  • $200. Customized Presentation (i.e. framing of individual photographs, mild "touching up" of scratches, etc.)

  •  $150 To show presentation at your wedding or special occasion with our computer and your projector. (This includes a practice run at the rehearsal and arrival at the Church at least 1 hour before the service begins.

View the attached Real Media file for a VERY ROUGH idea of just what multi-media can do to make your next "event" come alive! This is a HIGHLY compressed file for quick downloading, it is about 5% of the quality of the actual presentation. A "free for returners" VCR tape will be mailed out to you, at your request. E-mail us ed@edpayne.com  today to get yours! "Free for returners" means that you pay a $10 refundable deposit, we pay the postage to get it to you, you return it, and get your $10 either refunded or applied towards the cost of  your presentation.

For DIWI to put on a quality presentation we will need the following:

  • Song of your choosing provided to us, preferably on CD-ROM (CD will be returned)

  • AT LEAST 15 pictures for every minute the song lasts. The more pictures the more animated the show can be. 24 pictures per minute is excellent and comes out to around 75-100 photo's for an average song.

  • Mark any "Have To Have" photo's (put in separate envelope?) as all pictures will probably not be used, it is easier to have too many pictures, than not enough, but we want to be sure to use your "favorites".

  • E-mail or phone us for an e.t.a. and by the time the photo's are received, or SHORTLY thereafter you can include favorite bible verses, quotes, sayings, or short comments in your e-mail, (we need it electronically for cutting & pasting) to further enhance and personalize your presentation.

  • We have 100's of thousands of images available, but we will do a few "custom graphics" (bride & grooms names in hearts, etc.) and if a particular "theme" (specific colors, horses, stars, etc.?) is wanted that can be dispersed throughout the presentation, as well. (tastefully of course)

  • If the CD-ROM presentation is going to be done by someone other than DIWI (we are available in the Atlanta area only) We will need to know the processor speed & Ram of the displaying PC to get the timing as close as possible. A few seconds can make a big difference in the "experience" we recommend a video presentation for out of state shows, to assure that our customers are satisfied with our work.

VCR presentations are definitely the most economical, and the most widely viewable format,  and the least likely method to "stress out" someone with the timing-to-music. They make a great presentation on a big screen TV with surround sound, and all you have to do is load the tape, get everyone quiet, and push "play". VHS is not the same quality as digital, of course so we recommend the DVD version for out of town presentations, to assure quality.

** We do have plans to purchase a high quality projector in the near future, but at the present time, we recommend only Churches or meeting halls that are equipped to show multi-media presentations for a "live show". The 24 hr. rate to rent a projector, will at least double our price with $0 profit to us, and the added risks involved with "borrowed equipment", delivery and return of the equipment, hardly seems worth it. But, we aim to please, so call us for a quote. (the  best projectors actually change price depending on lead time and demand)
